一，产品简介：
采用了摆线针轮减速机，减速比大，结构紧凑，传动平稳，磨料流量可调，能有效地节约磨料的用量。该试验机通过齿轮传动减速达到钢轮转速75r/min，齿轮传动相比皮带传动减速精准、平稳、不会出现打滑现象，钢轮转动由时间继电器控制，电机转到预定时间也就是转到试验要求的转速，电机自动停止。该试验机具有设计合理、结构简单、造型美观、操作方便、转动平稳，达到试验要求自动停机等特点，主要适用用于水泥砖的耐磨试验。

The cycloidal pinwheel reducer is adopted, the reduction ratio is large, the structure is compact, the transmission is stable, the abrasive flow rate is adjustable, and the amount of abrasive can be effectively saved. The test machine achieves the speed of the steel wheel by 75r/min through the gear transmission deceleration. The gear transmission is accurate and stable compared with the belt drive, and there is no slip phenomenon. The rotation of the steel wheel is controlled by the time relay, and the motor is transferred to the predetermined time. The required speed and the motor are automatically stopped. The testing machine has the characteristics of reasonable design, simple structure, beautiful appearance, convenient operation, stable rotation, automatic shutdown of the test requirements, and is mainly applicable to the abrasion resistance test of cement bricks.

四，注意事项及其保养：
♦接通电源线时，应注意电机正反转，钢轮应该按照箭头指示方向旋转；
♦试验机必须在接地标志处可靠接地（线径不小于1.5mm）；
♦每次试验后，应将试验机打扫干净，尤其应将夹具及其导轨上的沙子清理干净；
♦每一年应将齿轮箱侧盖板卸下，在齿轮上加适量锂基润滑脂。

♦电源为380V，电压波动范围不超过额定电压的10%
Fourth, matters needing attention and maintenance
♦ When turning on the power cord, you should pay attention to the motor is reversed, and the steel wheel should rotate in the direction indicated by the arrow;
♦ The test machine must be reliably grounded at the grounding mark (wire diameter not less than 1.5mm);
♦ After each test, the test machine should be cleaned, especially the sand on the clamp and its guide rails should be cleaned;
♦ The gearbox side cover should be removed every year, and an appropriate amount of lithium grease should be added to the gear.
