    三,通信管内壁静摩擦系数测试仪操作步骤:
     将试样固定在V型铁上,从右端插入试棒使一端露出20mm,拴好链绳。
     轻微摇动手轮使V型铁上水平泡处于水平位置。
     打开角度尺紧固栓,转动角度尺使角度尺与副尺归零,拧紧紧固栓。
     顺时针摇动手轮,使V型铁缓慢倾斜,直至试棒滑动为止。
     记录下角度尺示值。
     逆时针摇动手轮,使V型铁水平为止。
     将试棒拉出通信管外露20mm
     按照以上操作步骤连续9次,计算出9次平均值。(倾斜角度≤14°4′依据JT/T683-2009《通信管道静摩擦系数测量仪》之规定要求)
