三，电脑沥青针入度仪使用方法：
★将预先脱水的试样加热溶化，加热温度不得高于试样估计软化点90℃，时间不得多于30min，充分搅拌过筛后注入盛样皿内。其深度至少应超过预期针入度值约10mm放置于15－39℃的室温中冷却1h，冷却时应注意不应有灰尘落入。
★将盛样 皿浸入盛满清水的水槽中，保温1－1.5h，水温保持25±0.5℃，水面应高于试验表面25mm以上。
★调整针入度仪，使之水平（必要时调节附加砝码的重量）用手揿下释放按钮，提起标准针针杆，使针杆顶端面与百分表接触头接触。
★盛样皿保温1－1.5h后供应商河北大宏实验仪器有限公司，取出并放入水温严格控制为25℃的平底保温皿中，试样表面以上的水层高度应不少于10mm，将保温皿置于针入度仪的圆形工作台上，调节工作台，使试样表面与针尖恰好接触（如调节工作台不够，可用调节螺母调节杠架与之配合），将百分表指针对零。
★将时间开关拨至试样所需的时间（5s或60s）档位上，按一下开始按钮，电磁铁吸合使标准针自由地穿入试样中，至红灯亮时（此时，表示标准针穿入试样中的时间已达5s或60s，电磁铁自动放磁弹簧将针杆固紧，使其针杆不再下落），用手按下百分表触头与标准针针外杆顶端面接触，此时百分表指针所指的数，即为试样的针入度。
★同一试样重复试验至少三次，每次穿入点的相互距离及与盛样皿边缘的距离都不得小于10mm，各次试验结果的平均值即为此试样的试验结果。
★每次试验前，都应检查并调节保温皿内的水温，试验后都应将标准针取下用浸有溶剂（汽油）的棉花或布拭净，再用棉花或布擦干。

★ After the sample is insulated for 1-1.5h, the supplier Hebei Dahong Experimental Instrument Co., Ltd. shall be taken out and placed in a flat-bottomed insulated dish with a water temperature strictly controlled at 25 °C. The height of the water layer above the surface of the sample shall be not less than 10 mm. Place the insulated dish on the circular table of the penetrometer and adjust the table so that the surface of the sample is in good contact with the tip (if the table is not enough, the adjusting nut can be used to adjust the bar frame). Pointer to zero.
★ Put the time switch to the time required for the sample (5s or 60s), press the start button, and the electromagnet pulls the standard needle freely into the sample until the red light is on (at this time, Indicates that the standard needle has penetrated into the sample for 5s or 60s. The electromagnet automatic demagnetization spring tightens the needle bar so that the needle bar no longer falls. Press the dial indicator and the standard needle by hand. The top end of the outer rod is in contact, and the number indicated by the dial indicator is the penetration of the sample.
★ Repeat the test at least three times for the same sample. The mutual distance between each penetration point and the distance from the edge of the sample dish should not be less than 10mm. The average value of each test result is the test result of this sample.
★ Before each test, the water temperature in the incubator should be checked and adjusted. After the test, the standard needle should be removed and wiped with cotton or cloth soaked with solvent (gasoline), and then dried with cotton or cloth.
四，电脑沥青针入度仪安装与调试
★新仪器开箱后，应按装箱单检查配件是否齐全，有无损坏。将针入度仪主机放在水平的平台上，接通电源，按住<手动>键使电磁铁吸合，将标准针的连杆插入传感器的孔内，放开<手动>键。把标准针与连杆联接即可。
★开箱后，检查是否因运输而发生故障。
★按装箱清单检查是否缺件，及时通知本公司销售部或销售商。
★将电源插上，打开电源，此时显示屏显示仪器名称后进入试验界面。
★为确保检测精度，通电15S后，按下仪器的<手动>键,此时针杆组件应能自由落下。
★调整仪器水平方法如下：转动调节支角，使水平泡中气泡处于中心位置，此时，工作平面已处于水平位置。
Fourth, installation and commissioning

★ Plug in the power and turn on the power. At this time, the display shows the instrument name and enters the test interface.
★ To ensure the detection accuracy, after the power is turned on for 15 seconds, press the button of the instrument, and the needle bar assembly should be free to fall.
★ The method of adjusting the level of the instrument is as follows: Turn the adjusting angle to make the bubble in the horizontal bubble in the center position. At this time, the working plane is in the horizontal position.
