持粘性测试仪工作原理：把贴有试样的试验板垂直吊挂在试验架上，下端悬挂规定重量的砝码，用一定的时间后试样粘拖的位移量，或试样完全脱离的时间来表征胶粘带抵抗拉拖的能力。适用于压敏胶粘带、贴剂、不干胶标签、保护膜、膏药、巴布膏等产品进行持粘性测试试验。

持粘性测试仪使用方法：
★水平放置仪器，打开电源开关，并将砝码放置在吊架下方槽内。
★除去胶粘带试卷A外层的3～5 圈胶粘带后，以约300 mm／min的速率解开试样卷（对片状试样也以同样速率揭去其隔离层），每隔200mm左右，在胶粘带中部裁取宽25 mm，长约100 mm的试样。除非另有规定，每组试样的数量不少于三个。
★用擦拭材料沾清洗剂擦洗试验板和加载板，然后用干净的纱布将其仔细擦干，如此反复清洗三次。以上，直至板的工作面经目视检查达到清洁为止。清洗以后，不得用手或其他物体接触板的工作面。
★在温度23℃±2℃，相对湿度65％±5％的条件下，按图2规定的尺寸，将试样平行于板的纵向粘贴在紧挨着的试验板和加载板的中部。用压辊以约300 mm/min的速度在试样上滚压。注意滚压时，只能用产生于压辊质量的力，施加于试样上。滚压的次数可根据具体产品情况加以规定，如无规定，则往复滚压三次。
★试样在板上粘贴后，应在温度 23℃±2℃，相对湿度 65％±5%的条件下放置20 min。然后将试验板垂直固定在试验架上，轻轻把砝码连接到加载板上。整个试验架置于已调整到所要求的试验环境下或试验箱内。
★持粘性测试仪按开始键开始计时。
★到达规定时间后，卸去重物。用带分度的放大镜测出试样下滑的位移量，**至0.1mm；或者记录试样从试验板上脱落的时间（常用方法）。时间数大于等于1h的，以min为单位，小于1h的以s为单位。

How to use the stickiness tester:

At about 200 mm intervals, cut a sample with a width of 25 mm and a length of about 100 mm in the middle of the adhesive tape. ★ Scrub the test plate and loading plate with a cleaning material and a cleaning agent, and then dry them carefully with a clean gauze. Repeat this three times. ★ At a temperature of 23 ° C ± 2 ° C and a relative humidity of 65% ± 5%, according to the size specified in Figure 2, paste the sample parallel to the longitudinal direction of the board to the middle of the test board and the loading board next to it. ★ After the sample is pasted on the board, it should be left for 20 min under the conditions of temperature 23 ℃ ± 2 ℃ and relative humidity 65% ± 5%. The test plate is then fixed vertically on the test stand, and the weight is gently connected to the loading plate. The entire test stand is placed in the test environment or test chamber that has been adjusted to the requirements.
★ Hold the sticky tester and press the start key to start timing.
★ After reaching the prescribed time, remove the heavy objects. Measure the downward displacement of the sample with a magnifying glass with indexing, ** to 0.1mm; or record the time when the sample falls off the test plate (common method). If the time is greater than or equal to 1h, the unit is min, and if the time is less than 1h, the unit is s.
